Zi Marié is named after the winemaker's teenage nickname, a nod to his once-rockstar dreams. While he never traded his passion for the stage, he did channel that same energy into winemaking. This wine embodies the carefree spirit and creativity of those youthful days, without the need for perfectionism.  Zi Marie delivers a raw, unfiltered experience that celebrates his authentic journey from aspiring rockstar to dedicated winemaker. Appearance, Nose & Palate



Appearance: A Medium Intensity lemon color 

with noticeable haziness,  due to the richness of 

the yeast sediments left in the bottle

The mousse is long-lasting, with fine bubbles 

subtly masked by the haziness.


Nose: Pronounced intensity with vibrant tropical notes of pineapple, peach, apricot, and nectarine, complemented by zesty lime. The profile is grounded by strong minerality and Maltese garrigue herbs, particularly thyme. Secondary aromas of yeast autolysis emerge, offering nuances of biscuit, toast, and brioche, with a buttery undertone adding depth.


Palate: Brut and dry, with high acidity and a medium body, balanced by low alcohol. The pronounced flavors mirror the nose, leading to a long, lingering brioche finish. The creamy mousse texture is enhanced by the high presence of yeast sediment, contributing to a luxurious creaminess.

Appearance: A Medium intensity, hazy, Lemon color with hints of green, showcasing youthful vibrancy. The mousse is long-lasting, with fine-sized bubbles subtly masked by the haziness.


Nose: Pronounced intensity with youthful aromas of green fruits such as apples and pears, complemented by floral notes of honeysuckle, blossom, and rose. The nose also reveals stone fruits like peaches, along with tropical hints of pineapple, mango, and melon, balanced by a touch of lime. Secondary aromas of biscuits and yeast develop, becoming more pronounced as the wine progresses.


Palate: Brut and dry, with high, steely acidity and a medium-bodied style, balanced by Medium alcohol. The pronounced intensity mirrors the nose, leading to a long, lingering yeasty finish. The delicate mousse texture adds a creamy feel, enhancing the overall experience.

Nose: Pronounced intensity with youthful and vibrant aromas highlighting classic Sauvignon Blanc characteristics. Dominant notes include green apple, gooseberry, and fresh-cut grass, complemented by citrus elements such as lime zest and grapefruit. Floral hints of elderflower and honeysuckle are present, along with tropical nuances of passionfruit and melon. Secondary aromas of fresh bread, yeast, and biscuit subtly emerge, adding complexity.


Palate: Brut with a slight residual sweetness, balanced by high, steely acidity and medium body, supported by medium-high alcohol at 14.5%. Pronounced flavor intensity reflects the nose, featuring crisp green fruits, vibrant citrus, and grassy undertones. The palate is rounded by a delicate, creamy mousse texture, culminating in a long, yeasty finish with a touch of sweetness.

Nose: Pronounced intensity with fresh, youthful aromas led by crisp green fruits such as apples and pears. Floral notes of honeysuckle and white blossoms elegantly mingle with gentle hints of stone fruits like peach and apricot. Subtle tropical nuances of pineapple and melon complement a refreshing citrus note of lime. Delicate secondary aromas of fresh bread and yeast softly emerge, enhancing complexity without overpowering the fruit.


Palate: Dry and notably lighter in style, characterized by vibrant, high acidity, offering a refreshing and lively profile.
